At Kunik Orthodontics traditional metal braces are well suited to both major and minor orthodontic cases. Metal braces consist of small metal brackets attached to each tooth. These brackets are held together by a wire, which is tightened during your treatment. During your initial consultation we will discuss with you all of your options so that you can make an informed decision about the type of orthodontic treatment you would like. Anterior open bite and overall alignment.

Anterior open bite, upper and lower crowding, Rk gave options. Ideal treatment would be braces with orthognathic surgery. Alternative option- extracting four bicuspids and start with braces then switch to Invisalign to finish the case.

The patient had four bicuspids extractions first, then upper and lower braces were bonded. After 10 months of braces and elastics the anterior bite closed. Chris was then switched to Invisalign to finish closing spaces and perfecting.
